Cookie and Local Storage Notice

Authentication cookies
Supabase Auth uses session cookies that are necessary to keep a signed-in Pricivo account authenticated. Blocking or deleting these cookies signs you out or prevents account features from working.
Live Mockup Studio, tech pack, and local draft storage
Pricivo uses browser local storage for Live Mockup Studio garment color, user-uploaded artwork converted into local image data, editable mockup layers, placement notes, and Tech Pack Builder and guided-survey draft answers, as well as legacy Studio preferences. These browser-local drafts are not automatically backed up to your account. Clearing browser site data may permanently remove those drafts and any locally retained image layers. Large images may exceed browser storage limits.
Downloaded files
Printed or browser-saved tech-pack PDFs and any exported pattern/SVG or project files are stored by your browser or operating system. Downloading a file does not automatically upload it back to Pricivo. When you explicitly choose Save to My Brand while signed in, the Service saves your garment specifications and mockup placement metadata, and attempts to back up normalized WEBP mockup preview copies into private cloud storage. Your original high-resolution production artwork files are not backed up by this feature.
What we do not currently use
Pricivo does not currently use third-party advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising cookies, or session-replay/heatmap tools on the clothing-brand development workspace.
Controls
Your browser can inspect, block, or remove cookies and local storage. Removing authentication cookies signs you out. Clearing local storage can remove unsynced Live Mockup Studio artwork, tech-pack drafts, and legacy Studio state. Contact team@trypricivo.com with questions.
