Pricivo is a clothing-brand development workspace. It offers user-directed garment mockups, technical flats, configurable production components, detailed tech-pack drafts, and limited supporting pattern tools. Users supply and place their own logos and artwork; Pricivo does not autonomously invent their brand designs.
When you create an account, we process your email address, optional name, authentication information handled by Supabase Auth, the legal-version acceptance recorded at signup, and your subscription status. Pricivo does not store your password directly.
Live Mockup Studio initially keeps artwork and editable mockup layers locally in your browser. Merely uploading an image to Live Mockup Studio does not transmit that image to Pricivo servers. Private cloud preview backups occur only when you explicitly use Save to My Brand while signed in. Browser storage may be lost when cleared, and large artwork can exceed local storage limits. Tech-pack draft answers and the mockup handoff are also currently stored locally in this browser unless you separately use an authenticated cloud-saving feature.
When you choose Save to My Brand while signed in, Pricivo saves a versioned brand-project record containing your brand and style names, selected garment, production answers, and mockup layer geometry and placement notes. That explicit action also attempts to upload normalized WEBP copies of artwork used in the mockup into private Supabase Storage. The cloud specification database itself excludes image data URLs, and original high-resolution print/embroidery artwork is not backed up as a production asset. Upload failures are reported separately; a saved specification does not guarantee that every image succeeded. You can review and delete saved brand projects from My Brand, which also initiates deletion of their private artwork copies.
If you save a measurement profile, we store the measurements you enter, such as height, bust, waist, hips, shoulder width, sleeve length, inseam, and torso length. If you save a pattern project, we store its name, pattern inputs, selected block, construction options, measurements included in that project, revision information, and timestamps. Saving is optional and the Studio asks for consent before cloud-saving measurements.
Quick Fit uses height and weight to calculate a starting estimate. Those values are processed to return the estimate and are not intentionally written to Pricivo's project database unless you later save a project containing resulting pattern inputs.
Pricivo sends a reference photo for AI analysis only after you actively check the photo-consent box and request analysis. The upload is decoded, orientation-corrected, resized, and re-encoded before it is sent. Pricivo uses Groq as the image-analysis provider.
Pricivo does not save your uploaded reference photo to its application database or project storage. The photo is processed in memory for the analysis request and is not included when a pattern project is saved.
Groq is a separate service provider. Groq's current documentation says ordinary inference inputs and outputs are not retained by default, but they may be temporarily retained for reliability or abuse investigations for up to 30 days unless Zero Data Retention is enabled for the Groq organization. Pricivo recommends enabling Groq Zero Data Retention for production use. Groq's own contractual and legal terms govern any provider-side processing.
Photo analysis is limited to visible construction observations. Pricivo does not ask the model to infer exact body measurements, hidden construction, fabric GSM, fiber composition, or a complete sewing pattern from an ordinary photograph.
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Stripe provides hosted checkout, subscription billing, and billing-portal services. Vercel provides hosting. Resend may deliver transactional account email. Groq provides consented reference-photo analysis.
Stripe receives payment information directly through its hosted payment interface. Pricivo stores billing references and subscription status but does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
We process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including request metadata, rate-limit identifiers, timestamps, error information, and authentication/session data. Rate-limit keys derived from network addresses are pseudonymized before storage. We do not intentionally place uploaded photo contents or raw body-measurement values into application error logs.
Supabase authentication uses session cookies necessary to keep you signed in. Pricivo also uses browser local storage for Live Mockup Studio artwork and component layers, mockup handoffs, draft tech-pack answers, Studio preferences, and inspiration state. Clearing browser data can remove those unsynced drafts. We do not treat locally stored artwork as a cloud backup. See our Cookie and Local Storage Notice.
Account, saved brand-project artwork previews, measurement, and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for any additional period reasonably required for security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or legal obligations. Reference photos are not stored by Pricivo as project records. Provider-side retention is governed by the provider terms described above.
Account settings provide a self-service data export. The current account export includes your account and legal-acceptance metadata, subscription status, saved pattern projects, saved measurement profiles, saved Studio state, and cloud-saved brand projects (tech-pack specifications, mockup placement data and saved revisions). Browser-local Live Mockup Studio, guided-survey and tech-pack drafts are not automatically included in the account export. Privately stored cloud artwork previews may require a separate privacy request for an export copy; contact the privacy address above.
When you choose Download PDF in the Tech Pack Builder, your current tech-pack specification and mockup placement data (not artwork images) are sent to Pricivo's server to generate the document. The PDF is returned to your browser and is not stored by Pricivo. Recommendations in the mockup, survey and tech-pack tools come from deterministic rules in Pricivo's own code, not from an AI provider, and uploaded mockup artwork is never sent to AI providers.
Deleting your account cancels an active linked Stripe subscription before deletion when possible, then deletes the Supabase Auth user. Pattern projects, brand projects and their saved revisions, measurement profiles, Studio state, profile data, and subscriptions are configured to cascade-delete with the account. Some providers, backups, or records required by law may persist for their own retention periods.
Pricivo uses authenticated ownership checks, database row-level security where applicable, server-only secret keys, same-origin checks on state-changing browser requests, rate limiting, security headers, restricted upload types and sizes, and image re-encoding before AI processing. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Pricivo accounts are intended for people age 18 or older. If you believe an underage person has created an account, contact team@trypricivo.com.
Pricivo is operated from the United States and uses service providers that may process data in the United States or other locations where they operate. Applicable provider data-processing terms and transfer mechanisms govern those transfers.
