These Terms govern Pricivo at trypricivo.com, operated by Jenner Yaep and Aaron Song, 340 East 1st Street, Tustin, CA 92705. By creating an account, saving a project, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable billing/refund terms.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining control of your credentials, using reasonable device security, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share accounts to evade plan limits, impersonate others, or bypass access controls.
Pricivo is a clothing-brand development workspace. It helps users place their own artwork on garment mockups, configure garment details, organize product specifications, create technical-flat style views, draft detailed tech-pack documents, manage revisions, and, where offered, use limited garment-block or pattern-layout tools for supported products.
Pricivo is not a fashion designer acting on your behalf. The Service does not create ownership rights in your brand, guarantee originality, replace a technical designer, certify a factory, or guarantee that a garment can be manufactured exactly as shown without sampling and review.
Interactive mockup tools may provide blank garment views and reusable production components such as pockets, zippers, darts, seams, labels, panels, trims, or callouts. You choose, upload, position, resize, and configure the creative artwork and product details. Pricivo may provide defaults and recommendations, but you remain responsible for the resulting design direction and final approval.
Mockups and technical flats are communication aids. Their appearance, scale, placement, stitching, wash effects, and construction details must be checked against a physical sample before production.
Pricivo may generate multi-page working tech packs containing technical flats, material/BOM information, points of measure, tolerances, grading, fit notes, construction notes, artwork placement, wash/distressing instructions, trims, labels, colorways, QC checks, sample stages, and revision history. Unless explicitly marked otherwise, outputs are working drafts and are not factory approval, engineering certification, compliance certification, or a warranty of manufacturability.
You must review all measurements, tolerances, materials, hardware, wash instructions, care requirements, labeling, safety requirements, and production instructions with your manufacturer or qualified professional. Physical samples, wash tests, fit tests, color approvals, strike-offs, pre-production samples, and other appropriate approvals remain your responsibility.
Pricivo may describe independent fit directions such as slim, relaxed, boxy, oversized, or baggy, and may use public brand references to help users communicate aesthetic intent. The Service is not intended to copy another brand's proprietary pattern, artwork, trade dress, protected logo, or confidential specifications. Reference-inspired guidance must be translated into independently chosen measurements and product specifications.
You retain ownership of artwork, logos, brand names, project files, photographs, text, measurements, supplier notes, and other content you submit to the extent you own those rights. You grant Pricivo a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, display, export, back up, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the Service and to comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. Do not upload another brand's copyrighted artwork, logos, photographs, or confidential factory materials unless you have lawful permission.
Pricivo retains all rights in its software, interface, garment templates, generic production components, schema systems, documentation, branding, and other platform materials. Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, you may use and export project-specific mockups and tech-pack outputs created from your lawful content for your own commercial clothing-development workflow. Generic templates and platform components are licensed for use through the Service and are not sold or assigned to you as exclusive intellectual property.
Because garments use common construction features, similar pockets, seams, zippers, silhouettes, specifications, or layouts may be available to many users. Pricivo does not promise exclusivity or uniqueness.
Supplier profiles may include information entered by Pricivo administrators or users, including capabilities, notes, MOQ, location, lead times, WeChat, WhatsApp, email, and other contact details. Supplier information can become outdated. Pricivo does not guarantee supplier identity, licensing, labor practices, capacity, pricing, quality, delivery, compliance, payment terms, or performance unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Any manufacturing, sourcing, sample, purchase, payment, shipping, confidentiality, or intellectual-property agreement is between you and the applicable supplier. Perform your own due diligence before sending money, confidential designs, or production orders.
Optional AI-assisted features may summarize visible garment details, suggest production questions, organize technical information, or assist with specification drafting. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent and must be reviewed. Reference-photo analysis, where enabled, requires affirmative consent before transmission and currently uses Groq.
Pricivo may offer Free and paid plans. Prices, included project limits, storage, export features, or AI usage are shown in the applicable checkout or plan screen. Recurring plans renew until canceled. Payments are handled by Stripe. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the checkout terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You may not attack, reverse engineer for abuse, bypass security controls, probe other users' data, upload malware, submit dangerous files, scrape at abusive rates, misuse supplier contact data, evade billing, or use the Service for infringement, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Pricivo may rely on Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Groq, and other service providers. Third-party availability and terms can change. Where a third-party service processes your data, its applicable contract and privacy terms also govern that processing.
We may add, modify, restrict, or remove features and supported garment categories. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, abuse, legal compliance, payment issues, or material Terms violations. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
To the extent permitted by law, Pricivo is provided as available without warranties that mockups, tech packs, recommendations, supplier information, measurements, fits, washes, patterns, AI observations, exports, or production instructions are error-free, complete, original, merchantable, compliant with every jurisdiction, or fit for a particular manufacturing purpose. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pricivo's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Pricivo in the 12 months before the claim or $50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, failed samples, production defects, supplier disputes, lost inventory, rework, shipping delays, lost profits, infringement caused by user-supplied content, or reliance on unverified outputs. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
